Why are Haitian still here? We are here because we did not accept the "BIG LIE" the big lie that suggests we are inferior and we could not govern ourselves. We needed the colonizers more than they needed us We come from a great tradition of innovators, scientists, creators and humanitarians. There was a concerted effort by the colonizers to systematically erase our achievements as well as our contributions in the realm of medicine, science, astronomy and human relations! Like everything else in nature there is an ebb tide and a high tide! Clearly we are experiencing an ebb tide in our existence but I remain convinced that we will rise once again! We will rise from the ashes and once again become the beacon that will shine the truth.
